Do you take walk-ins?

Yes of course we welcome everyone, however we cant guarantee you have a spot without a booking.Customers are advised to book their experience in advance
in order to guarantee a spot.

How long does the experience take?

Depending on the room the experience should take between 45 and 60 minutes plus a 10 minute introduction.

Is public transport available?

Major tram stops are located just across the road.

What happens if I run out of time?

You tried your best. Unfortunately it’s a race against the clock. If you run out of time then your experience is complete. But never fear, you can book a time to come back
and try again or try one of our other experiences.

Will I get out in an emergency, is the door really locked?

The doors have an emergency key and you are able to be guided by your host in an emergency to evacuate the building.

What do we need to bring?

There are no special requirements for our experiences other than bringing your mind. All equipment to solve the problems will be provided.

What is the age limit?

All ages from are welcome. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver before entering to the themed rooms.
