Do you take walk-ins?
Yes of course we welcome everyone, however we can’t guarantee you have a spot without a booking. Customers are advised to book their experience in advance to guarantee a spot.

How long does the experience take?
The room should take 60 minutes plus a 10 minute introduction.

Is public transport available?
East Richmond train station is few minutes’ walk. Tram stop is on our doorstep.

What happens if I run out of time?
What happens if I run out of time? You tried your best. Unfortunately, it’s a race against the
clock. If you run out of time then your experience is complete. But never fear, you can book a time to come back and try again or try one of our other experiences.

Will I get out in an emergency, is the door really locked?
The doors have an emergency key and you are able to be guided by your host in an emergency to evacuate the building.

What do we need to bring?
There are no special requirements for our experiences other than bringing your mind. All equipment to solve the problems will be provided.

What is the age limit?
All ages are welcome. Players under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver before entering the themed rooms.
